Everybody want a happiness in there life but we cannot buy happiness. Happiness is key where you forget you sad movement, forgive someone and feel relax when you share your happiness movement of your life. When you are happy then think why are you happy. There are so many think to say grateful to your life such as good health, your skills, abilities and caring relationships.

In the USA a modern global survey published that the biggest happiness is not wealth, celebrity or good looks. Happiness means self-reliance, optimism and feeling good regarding yourself as more probable to bring permanent satisfaction. Happiness means success, abundance, meaning and purpose, inner peace and loving relationships.

  1. Be positive: Happy people always focus on goal. Always think positively because you have to fight with your problem, you have to handle each difficult situation. So, be positive understand your need and find out what is wrong and right.
  2. Live in the present: Always live in present, you have realize what is important in you life and work on it. Persons who focus on past definitely making a mistakes but the persons who focus on the future definitely expectations, desires, hopes in their present moments.
  3. Give yourself credit: When you archive any project then remember how you achieve your project because it will increase your confident. When you achieve any task must thankful yourself because you feel more happy and you to spend a time with happiness.
  4. Connection: You can connect with your family member and friends by cell phones, email. Spending a few time with family member you feel happy and relax because you share your feeling with friends and family.
  5. Find a way to contribute: When you are into a group and sharing you ideas then you need to contribute to your family, your community. You feel satisfaction or happiness when you contributing.
  6. Recognize and act on your values: Understand your goals and how you want to achieve them. When you realize that whatever you are doing is most important for your life and happiness level also increases.
  7. Focus on what you want and take steps towards it: It is most important that what every you think you have to achieve it. Start think how you achieve, go slowly and think in the right direction means positively.
  8. Allow yourself to dream: Continuous thinking negative better than think positively. Your are very serous toward to your goal but all yourself to dream by tapping into the power of your imagination and wish your dreams come true.
  9. Enjoy life's small pleasures: No matter how stressed you are then spend a few time with friends because these moments make your life happiness.
