Eye puffiness or skin staining below the eyes know as dark circles. Eye puffiness generally found in human being who suffer from tiredness, tension or any kind of mental tress. You eyes are extremely sensitive and irritated when you suffer from dark circle problems. But do not get despair because it is easy to get rid of puffy eyes.

Symptoms of Puffy Eyes

  • Puffiness or inflammation of the upper and lower eye lids.
  • Swelling round the eyes.

  • Allergies such as redness and itching.

How to Get Rid of Puffy Eyes?

  • Never sleep wearing eye make-up.
  • Drink of enough water will also reduce eye puffiness.
  • When you wake up in the morning wear a eye mask that is full with cold water or gel for a few minutes.
  • Keep your eye cream in the refrigerator because will also help reduce puffiness.
  • Take some pieces of ice and cover in paper towels and place them on your eyelids for a few minutes. The cold will reduce the puffiness.
  • Place strips of potato below your eyes to help reduce puffiness.
  • Strawberries and cucumber can also helpful to reduce puffiness
  • Take a small bowl and fill up with iced water or ice-cold milk and dip a cotton wool pad with the liquid and keep over your eyes for 15 minutes. This will reduce the puffiness.
  • Soak cotton balls in ice water and then press the water out and use the cotton balls to your eyes for 5-10 minutes.
  • Use a hemmorrhoid cream around the puffy eye.
